Our Optical Communications segment has recently evolved from being a manufacturer of optical fiber and cable, hardware and equipment to being a comprehensive provider of industry-leading optical solutions across the broader communications industry.This segment is classified into two main product groupings – carrier network and enterprise network. The carrier network product group consists primarily of products and solutions for optical-based communications infrastructure for services such as video, data and voice communications. The enterprise network product group consists primarily of optical-based communication networks sold to businesses, governments and individuals for their own use.

 

We are looking for a motivated student to join our team. This role is a great opportunity for someone who is eager to learn, open to self-development, and willing to gain hands-on experience in a professional environment.

 

 

What We Are Looking For:

 

• Currently enrolled in a Master’s degree program in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• An analytical mindset with problem-solving skills
• Willingness to take ownership of tasks and responsibilities
• Interest in working with .NET / Microsoft technologies
• Basic knowledge of C#, JavaScript, and SQL
• A proactive, curious and responsible attitude
• Openness to feedback and good communication skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a team
• Enthusiasm for learning new technologies and contributing to the team

 

Nice to Have: 

 

• Familiarity with AI-related topics
• Basic understanding of reporting and logging tools
