Your Mission:

As a Senior Product Manager E-Commerce Experience, you’ll play a pivotal role in advancing our leading e-commerce marketplace platform and driving our international expansion efforts. You’ll lead initiatives that deliver meaningful results, collaborating with UX, design, tech, and marketing teams to create solutions that enhance thousands of lives while driving measurable value. Your expertise and passion for impactful results make you an essential part of our innovative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the end-to-end implementation of our product strategy, aligning features with user needs and focusing on delivering business value.

• Manage and prioritize a feature roadmap, focussing on delivering results through initiatives with the best impact/effort ratios.

• Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver outstanding user experiences and maximize platform efficiency.

• Lead and refine agile processes to drive innovation and achieve rapid results.

• Analyze user data and conduct testing to make data-driven decisions, continually improving product performance.

Your Profile:

• Experience: Solid professional experience in product management, focusing on e-commerce and marketplace applications; ideally in a 10M+ ARR environment.

• Mindset: Impact- and KPI-driven, always keeping business value in focus and leading projects with a results-oriented approach.

• Work Style: Highly independent and proactive, with the ability to develop solutions in ambiguous situations and react quickly to changing requirements.

• Skills: Expertise in agile methodologies, data-driven analysis, and scaling mobile products.

• Communication: Inspire and guide teams through clear, goal-focused communication and a collaborative approach.

• Language: Fluent in English to excel in an international environment.
