Junior Proposals Manager (f/m/d)

Clariness is looking for a Junior Proposals Manager (f/m/d) based remotely (Germany, UK, Serbia).

About the role:

This role supports the successful development of proposals and contracts that enable clinical trial projects to move forward efficiently and compliantly. You'll work closely with Business Development, Legal, Finance, and Operations teams to ensure proposals, budgets, and contracts are accurate, aligned, and delivered on time.

As a Junior Proposals Manager (f/m/d), you would be responsible for:

• Supporting the proposals team with proposals, RFI's and RFPs, contracts and change orders.
• Coordinating inputs across Business Development, Legal, Finance, and Operations to ensure timely and accurate submissions.
• Budget preparation and ensuring alignment between scope, timelines, and cost assumptions.
• Contract reviews and tracking contract status, approvals, and documentation.
• Drafting of contracts and change orders related to scope or timeline changes.
• Post-award handovers and clarifications to ensure contractual and commercial clarity.
• Data entry and quote processing in our online Customer Relationship Management System.
• Maintaining structured documentation, templates, and version control in line with internal processes.

We would like you to have:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree, ideally in an economics- or healthcare-related field, preferably with a focus on sales or project management.
• Strong written communication skills and high attention to detail.
• Commercial awareness and an interest in contracts, pricing, and financial accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams and deadlines in a structured way.
• Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills.
• An analytical mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and document management systems.
