We're looking for a motivated Recruiter Apprentice (6-Month Program – Sales Hiring) (m/f/d) to join and support the Talent Acquisition team at one of our Ecosystem Companies.

As a Recruiter Apprentice , you'll learn the fundamentals of sourcing, assessing, and hiring top sales talent while working alongside experienced recruiters and gradually taking ownership of the recruitment process.

In this role, you’ll:

Candidate Sourcing

• Find and engage top sales talent using LinkedIn, referrals, job boards, and other sourcing channels
• Build talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
• Learn how to identify what makes a great sales candidate

Interview & Candidate Assessment

• Conduct initial screening interviews
• Assess candidates against the skills and behaviours needed for success in sales
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to share candidate insights and interview feedback

Offer Management

• Support the offer process from approval to acceptance
• Keep candidates engaged throughout the hiring journey
• Help deliver an outstanding candidate experience
