The dollar is the best product in the history of the world, with practically infinite global demand, but distribution is broken. Global clearing runs on legacy banks that are closed 115 days a year, built for humans and take two days to settle. Augustus is the update to the internet era. We received conditional approval from the OCC to charter America’s first stablecoin-native clearing bank that is always open, made for machines, at the speed of compute.
We are a group of operators, unicorn early employees, ex-founders and people who walked away from degrees because they believe this is an industry and career defining opportunity. We're backed with $40M from Peter Thiel’s Valar Ventures, Creandum and founders of Ramp, Deel and Circle.
We are regulated in Europe and live with Euro and Stablecoin clearing today. Now, we are building the US team from the ground up, while continuing to grow rapidly in Europe.
The Role
You'll join the Growth team as our go-to person for everything GTM - working directly with Jacob, our Head of Growth, who has built our GTM motion from day one.
We've cracked GTM for one product in one market. Now we're going multi-product and multi-geography, which means rebuilding the playbook. Some foundations exist; much needs to be built from zero.
For the right person, this is one of the best GTM roles out there. You'll own demand generation, new product launches, and market expansions - with the flexibility to work from Berlin or NYC, the opportunity to travel, and a clear path to a GTM leadership role. Or you'll leave with the exact skillset to build your own company.
Your First Six Months
Months 1–2: You talk to every team: Sales, AM, RevOps, Product. You understand our customers, products, revenue model, and where the gaps are. You take ownership of Outbound and Fairs, our two most critical growth channels.
Months 3–4: You have the context to run our GTM motion and demand generation. You prioritize your own work, partner closely with local teams in the US and EU, and bring new and existing products to market. You own outcomes, not just execution.
Months 5–6: You've run successful GTM motions and have a clearly defined roadmap. You start building the systems that scale and maintain day-to-day operations across fairs, outbound, inbound handling, and lead qualification.

Hard Requirements
1-3 years in GTM roles at a fast-paced startup or high-growth company or you have started your own business before.
Broad understanding of the GTM tooling landscape and best practices.
Based in Berlin or willing to relocate.
