Chief of Staff - Strategic Growth (f/m/d)

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Strategic Collaboration: Partner directly with Anna to execute high-impact projects. Your ability to turn ideas into structured, actionable plans and execute on them will drive key initiatives, from market strategies to partnerships and communication.

• Project Development: Conduct in-depth research, analyze complex challenges, and create actionable project roadmaps. As both the project lead and primary executor, you'll take full ownership of delivering results. Your role will span a variety of priorities, including exploring new markets, identifying product opportunities, driving operational improvements and sharpening our communications—ensuring ideas are turned into tangible outcomes through hands-on effort.

• Accelerator Programs: Identify and apply to accelerator and partnership programs. You’ll manage the process end-to-end, ensuring applications are thorough, on-brand, and strategically aligned.

• Operational Excellence: Approach every task with care and precision, whether it’s managing deadlines, preparing actionable insights, or synthesizing research into meaningful recommendations.

• Operational Impact: Dive into pressing strategic challenges, creating research-driven solutions and detailed action plans. Work across departments to execute these plans, delivering measurable results that enhance company growth.
