Your mission

Build the systems that run VARM

We are a technology company at heart, building the systems to run insulation operations at scale.

From the first customer touchpoint to on-site installation, we own and operate the entire process.
The software is not just helping the business. It is designed to run it by making decisions at scale, increasingly autonomously.

You will own systems end-to-end, from idea to production to real-world impact, not just ship features.

What you will build

1. AI Coordination System:

You will build a context-aware AI system across the full project lifecycle, built on the knowledge and memory of thousands of past projects. It helps teams make better decisions before execution and augments them during installation, evolving into a system that runs largely on its own at scale.

2. Installer App:
You will build the app used by installers on-site. It needs to work reliably in rural areas with poor connectivity, sync seamlessly when back online, and support everything from job execution to documentation and customer handoff. The goal is that installers focus on installation, augmented by AI, while coordination and business processes are handled in the background.

3. Planning Software:
You will work on our internal operations platform where scheduling and planning come together. It is designed to coordinate hundreds of teams and projects in parallel and give operations full visibility into execution. You will help evolve it into a system that teams rely on daily and that increasingly runs autonomously, with humans in the loop.

Your profile

• You have around 5-7 years of experience and have shipped real products in early-stage environments, not just prototypes
• You are curious about AI systems and have worked with LLM APIs, vector databases, RAG, or similar tools, and understand how to design and integrate them into production systems
• You are strong across the stack, including TypeScript, modern frontend frameworks, backend systems, and SQL
• You design reliable systems and are comfortable working with APIs and data
• You take ownership from idea to production and do not wait for detailed specifications
• You are product-minded and care about impact, not just implementation, and understand that AI is blurring the lines between product, engineering, and operations
• You use AI to move faster, but still care about code quality, system design, and know when not to use an LLM
• You are comfortable with ambiguity and can turn unclear problems into working solutions

• Experience in operations-heavy environments such as field services, construction or logistics
