Rabot Energy is an independent provider of dynamic electricity tariffs with 100% green electricity . With our innovative purchasing strategies, we ensure both ecological sustainability and cost optimization in home energy management. By passing on the exchange purchase prices to our customers, we can reduce their electricity bills by an average of 35%. Owners of electric vehicles and smart meters can particularly benefit from our dynamic electricity tariff, as they can automatically charge their vehicles at home when the exchange electricity prices are particularly low. In our Rabot Energy app , charging preferences can be easily set and the current exchange electricity prices can be tracked. With our intelligent charging solutions, we are actively contributing to increasing the share of green electricity in total electricity consumption in Germany.

Our vision is to give every customer the opportunity to control their own energy consumption smartly while protecting the environment and resources. Why now?

The energy market is experiencing the biggest upheaval in 50 years. We no longer manage electricity, we make it intelligent. RABOT is growing at triple-digit rates – and with the launch of our home storage system and a fresh rebrand, we are currently rewriting our brand story.

Now we're looking for someone from the creator world to tell this story. You come from influencer, creator or content management, have built up reach yourself or made talents big - and finally want to use this craft for a brand that really changes something. This is your stage: You build RABOT's creator and social presence from scratch – with your own budget, creative freedom and a team that stands behind you.

Your mission

You make RABOT visible on social and via creators. Content is your home – and you produce it yourself. You develop formats for Instagram and YouTube, sometimes stand in front of the camera yourself and implement videos (reels, shorts, long form) independently - from the idea to the shoot to the editing. You define our content pillars and translate the new brand tone of voice into a visual language that sticks – instead of just planning posts.

Your second mainstay is the creator and influencer network: you find the right faces, brief them, control quality and build real relationships – not just transactions. You manage the associated budget on your own responsibility. You will work closely with the Brand & Content team, report directly to the Head of Marketing and lead the function with the clear goal of soon being fully independent.
