You love to exercise your funny bone, put a pun in every pause, and out-joke your dad or whoever runs the joke machine in your gene pool. But you are more than a headline headliner. You love to dig deep into the contradictions we call the human mind, you create insightful concepts across touchpoints and cultural tastes. You also slightly hate it when job listings tell you who you are in direct speech.

From June 2026 we are looking for a full-time Conceptual Copywriter (all genders) to join our team either in Stuttgart or Berlin – we’re already looking forward to meeting you!

WHAT YOU DO

• Understanding brands and cultural shifts. Developing communication concepts for social and experiential.
• Opening minds with words and writing headlines and short copy (DE/EN).
• Developing long-form content formats. Developing branded shows, theatre acts and interaction drama.
• Writing presentations and lending a human word when your colleagues have GPTed themselves to death.

WHO YOU ARE

• Having a creative portfolio you are proud of.
• Lateral thinking.
• Interest in at least one form of design: architecture, product, fashion, interior, visual, or film.
• A degree in a creative-adjacent field or industry school (JvM Academy, Miami Ad School, School of Ideas).
