Group Tax Manager / Steuerfachangestellte für Unternehmensgruppe

What you will be doing

You will:

• Work closely with our tax advisors and prepare all necessary measures, including VAT pre-registrations.
• Manage corporate income tax, VAT, property tax, withholding tax, and both intercompany and external transactions.
• Prepare, review, and submit tax returns and filings for all our companies on time.
• Collaborate with management, finance teams, and tax advisors to optimize strategies and company structures.
• Serve as the first point of contact for external advisors and auditors.
• Monitor changes in tax legislation and ensure their proper implementation across all companies.
• Handle a variety of tax and commercial law-related tasks.
• Support the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements.

More about you

You have:

• Completed training as a tax clerk, accountant, tax specialist, or equivalent.
• Several years of experience in corporate taxation, ideally within group structures.
• Knowledge of the real estate sector (a plus).
• Strong expertise in relevant laws (HGB, EStG, UStG).
• Excellent German and English language skills.
• Analytical thinking and a structured, detail-oriented way of working.
• Team spirit and a high degree of personal responsibility.
