This role is responsible for overseeing project management activities within the Digital Governance & Excellence (DGE) team. The position is situated within the Process Digitalization unit and will manage 2-3 concurrent projects, ensuring alignment with organizational governance and excellence standards. To fulfill this objective, the role is structured around three core areas: PMO Governance & Standardization, which involves defining and upholding project best practices; Project Lifecycle Management, covering the hands-on oversight of specific digitalization projects; and Stakeholder Communication & Reporting, which ensures transparency and alignment with leadership. Given the focus on overseeing multiple complex projects, the ideal candidate will possess advanced knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., PMI, Agile), demonstrated experience in a PMO environment, and strong skills in risk management, stakeholder engagement, and consolidated reporting.

- 40% PMO Governance & Standardization
- Develop, refine, and enforce project management methodologies, best practices, and templates across the organization.
- Provide training and mentorship to project teams and junior professionals on PM standards and processes to foster a culture of excellence.
- Manage the central repository for project documentation and artifacts, ensuring consistency and accessibility.
- 40% Project Lifecycle Management & Execution
- Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of 2-3 concurrent digitalization projects from initiation and planning through to execution and closure.
- Define project scope, create detailed project schedules, and manage resource allocation to meet objectives.
- Proactively identify, analyze, and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies.
- 20% Stakeholder Communication & Reporting
- Consolidate project status, financial data, and performance metrics from multiple projects into clear reports for leadership.
- Serve as the central point of communication, facilitating regular status meetings and managing stakeholder expectations.
Certifications
- Project Management Professional (PMP)
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM)
- GPM
Education
- Bachelor's and Master degree in Business Administration or similar
- Significant professional experience in a Project Management Office (PMO) or managing multiple complex projects, typically 3+ years.
- Demonstrated experience working independently on difficult and complex projects with limited supervision.
