Your Role

As a working student in the Finance department , you’ll play a key role in supporting our core financial operations. You’ll work closely with the finance team and external partners to ensure processes are smooth, compliant, and reliable — contributing to the backbone of our mission.

This is a part-time student position (20 hours/week), ideal for someone who wants to apply and expand their finance knowledge in a dynamic, impact-driven company.

Your Responsibilities

• Help monitor and maintain accurate bookkeeping records

• Assist in managing tax filings and financial documents in coordination with our tax advisors

• Prepare financial reports and basic analyses for business planning and decision-making

• Contribute to monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing processes

• Support communication and documentation for auditors and external consultants

• Help ensure compliance with legal requirements and internal policies

• Communicate in both German and English, across teams and with external stakeholders

Your Profile

We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented student with an interest in finance, accounting, and business operations.

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field

• Well-organized and comfortable working with numbers, documents, and data

• Interested in the financial side of sustainable infrastructure and innovation

• Eager to learn and comfortable working independently as well as in a team

Bonus points if you have:

• First experience in accounting or financial administration (e.g., internships or student jobs)

• Basic knowledge of German tax and accounting principles

• Good Excel and/or financial software skills

• Confidence communicating in both German and English
