P3A is a multi-platform operating and investment group building the infrastructure of tomorrow. Entrepreneurial at its core, P3A builds, owns, and backs the companies behind the assets the modern world depends on, bringing long-term capital and deep operational expertise to how critical infrastructure is built, operated, and financed. P3A was founded by serial entrepreneur Jannes Fischer in 2023.

Your Role

As Head of Investor Relations, Platform & Community (m/w/d) , you will build and own the platform that connects P3A with the world around it: investors, entrepreneurs, and portfolio founders. Your mission is to develop our network into a leading community of people who share one ambition, building the infrastructure of tomorrow in Europe.

You will identify and win outstanding investors and personalities for the P3A platform, connect investors, founders, and portfolio companies to unlock synergies across the ecosystem, and shape how P3A is perceived publicly. Our thesis for building this community: a curated event series and circle, in-person formats where the right people meet, designed to carry their own economics. Proving this thesis and shaping the series into an institution will be at the heart of your role.This is an entrepreneurial role with exceptional freedom and full ownership. It is built for a natural connector who moves with ease among accomplished entrepreneurs, investors, and family offices, brings real creativity to formats and experiences, and executes hands-on without a team behind them.

Aufgaben

Community & Investor Relations

• Investor Acquisition: Identify, approach, and win entrepreneurs, family offices, and private investors for the P3A platform, from the first conversation to a lasting relationship
• Relationship Ownership: Build trusted relationships at eye level, in substantive conversations on venture capital, private markets, and the current market environment
• Network Orchestration: Connect investors, founders, and portfolio companies with one another, identify synergies, and turn introductions into tangible value for everyone involved
• Community Management: Run the day-to-day of the P3A community across all channels, from our annual Portfolio Day to the ongoing exchange within our founder and investor network

Events

• Event Series & Formats: Design, build, and run P3A's event series end-to-end, from guest curation and programming to venue, execution, and follow-up. This is the engine of the community
• Partnerships & Economics: Win and cultivate the partners who stand behind our event series, and run it with commercial ambition so that it carries and funds its own growth
• Experience Quality: Set the highest bar for every touchpoint and create experiences that make remarkable people return and bring their peers

Brand & Communications

• Public Presence: Shape and sharpen P3A's public profile, including the executive positioning and communications of our leadership
• Storytelling: Translate events, milestones, and portfolio successes into compelling communication across our channels
• Thought Leadership: Develop content and formats that position P3A at the center of the European conversation on the infrastructure of tomorrow

Your Experience & Skills

• Relevant Background: You bring at least 3 years of experience with sophisticated private clients or investors, for example in investor relations, private banking or wealth management, membership organizations, or a comparable relationship-driven environment
• Investment Fluency: You are fully conversant in venture capital, private markets, and investing, and you follow markets and technology closely enough to hold your own with professional investors
• Education & Presence: You combine an excellent education with intellectual range and the personal presence to represent P3A in any room
• Communication Craft: You write exceptionally well in both long and short form. Experience in executive communications or brand building is a strong plus
• Communication Skills: Confident engaging with founders, investors, and senior stakeholders. Strong written and verbal communication in both German and English is mandatory
• Location Availability: You are able to commit to working with the P3A team on-site in our Berlin headquarters
