As a Senior Tech Consultant in our Dynamics Team, you will be at the heart of designing, stabilizing, and evolving our Dynamics 365 ecosystem — from Customer Engagement to Finance & Operations, including integrations, governance, and cross-tenant transformations.In this senior role, you will act as a trusted advisor, lead complex technical initiatives, steer platform evolution, and design future-proof solutions that are deeply embedded in our business processes.
Your expertise ensures that our Dynamics platform remains stable, resilient, compliant, and ready to scale with the growing demands of the organization — enabling innovation, operational excellence, and measurable business impact.

What will be the challenges in the role:

• Partner with business and IT stakeholders to guide strategic and transformational initiatives across the Microsoft Dynamics landscape (D365 CE, D365 FO, Customer Insights, Marketing, Field Service).
• Establish and further strengthen the AI-Driven CRM System with an agentic approach.
• Translate business needs into clear functional and technical requirements, including user stories, interface specifications, and integration concepts.
• Lead and shape our Dynamics strategy, including governance frameworks, solution standards, customization guidelines, and high-quality processes.
• Drive platform stability and compliance, ensuring data integrity, system performance, and adherence to security and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate testing, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement activities, and support business stakeholders during major releases and platform changes.
• Develop and present solution concepts, reference architectures, and technical roadmaps that enable informed decision-making.
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to integrate Dynamics with surrounding systems (Power Platform, Jira/Atlassian, Data Platform, SAP, and external services).
• Guide and coach internal team members to strengthen our Dynamics expertise and establish best practices across development, operations, and governance. Manage relationships across business units, product owners, and cross-functional IT teams to ensure transparent communication, aligned priorities, and smooth delivery.

What will help to succeed in the role:

• Extensive hands-on experience (5+ years) with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CE, FO, Customer Insights/Marketing) including application lifecycle, customization, data models, security roles, and integrations.
• Developer Languages like Java Script etc. are welcomed.
• Deep understanding of requirements engineering, process analysis, solution design, and technical documentation for Dynamics-based transformations.
• Proven expertise in platform governance, compliance, and quality management across complex Dynamics environments.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to diverse stakeholders. Strategic and analytical mindset, able to balance technical depth with business-oriented decision-making.
• Experience with agile methodologies, project management practices, and solution architecture principles.
• Proactive, solution-oriented approach with a strong ownership mentality and the ability to work under pressure in complex multi-tenant setups.
• Fluent in English; German is a plus.
