Account Executive (m/f/x) - German Speaking

Your role and your tasks: 

As an Account Executive (m/f/x) you will be the primary point of contact for our brands and retailers, and will be responsible for: 

• Client Relationship Management: Maintain and strengthen long-term relationships with existing customers in the DACH region and other international markets to ensure satisfaction and long-term loyalty. 

• Account Growth, Deal Hunting & Upselling: Actively hunt for new business opportunities within the existing customer base, ensure successful contract renewals, and identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities with key accounts based on customer needs, driving revenue growth. 

• Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work closely with our Product, Customer Support, and Marketing Teams to continuously enhance our solution in the best interest of our customers. 

• Event Participation & Client Engagement: Attend industry events, such as the IFA event, and occasionally participate in face-to-face client meetings to celebrate partnerships and build stronger connections. 

• Brand Expansion & New Business Development: Proactively drive growth by expanding existing brand partnerships into new markets 

Now let's talk about you:

• You bring 2+ years of work experience in B2B Software sales.

• You are a passionate sales talent with a hunter mindset, who is driven to succeed by building valuable and long-lasting customer relationships in the e-commerce industry 

• You have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in German and English. Any additional language is an advantage 

• You have excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills 

• You have a proven track record of overachievement and hitting sales targets 

• You are able to create and foster relationships across C-suite executives and build consensus among the buying team. 

• You are based in Berlin or Hannover.
