(Principal/Manager) Solution Architect AI (m/w/d)

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR:

We are looking for an artificial intelligence solution prototyping and sales support consultant to obsess about customer problem solving, solution improvements, and opportunities for growth. You will demo and modify our state of the art computer-vision AI pipeline to solve our customer’s challenges. The exciting prototypes and proof of concepts you build are key to our customers' success. You must have a passion for great customer experience and strong technical skills.

YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• You are responsible for leading a small team of solution engineers.
• You demonstrate solutions to potential customers, identify customer issues and identify opportunities for product improvements.
• You develop prototypes and proof-of-concepts based on customer specific requirements.
• You will manage and respond to customer inquiries via our ticketing system and email.
• You improve team efficiency (AI methods/FAQs, online community, documentation).

IN ORDER FOR YOU TO BE SUCCESSFUL, YOU BRING:

• at least 10 years of experience as a consultant or software developer, 2-3 years in leadership role.
• more than 3 years of experience in solution engineering, presales, or customer support or other technical roles with customer contact.
• knowledge of Python programming on Linux environments.
• experience with containers in scaled Kubernetes cloud environments.
• You have strong communication skills.

ALSO DESIRABLE:

• Experience with SaaS, computer vision, AI, or video management systems is a plus.
• A good understanding of hardware is a plus.
• You are fluent in English, German language skills are a plus.
• We expect a very low frequency of travel of less than once per month.
