Founded in 2020 by Sander Joonyoung van Bladel and Veronika Strotmann, Yepoda is a certified B Corp™ and 1% for the Planet member, based in the heart of Berlin. Our products are available through our own online shop and, since March 2025, at Sephora Europe — online and in over 650 stores. With a team of 140+ brilliant individuals from around the world, we are actively shaping Yepoda's story every day.

As Campaign Manager, you are an excellent project manager with an advertising and commercial marketing background. You bring the selling message into every campaign from day one, work closely with our Brand team, and get campaigns live across all channels and markets. From the start of each campaign, you partner with our Concept and Content Lead.

Your tasks

• Turn each campaign on the commercial calendar into one plan: campaign page, owners and deadlines

• Run kickoffs and drive every milestone through to go-live in all markets

• Manage our marketing channel stakeholders (Influencer, CRM, Performance Marketing, Social Media, Website and Creative), keep everyone on the same brief and dates, and escalate early

• Deliver postmortems with revenue against target and clear learnings per channel for the next campaign

• Start from the commercial goal of each campaign and build concept routes aligned with the Brand team

• Push concepts from brand storytelling toward advertising: a clear hook, a single benefit and a reason to buy now

• Propose hero products, gifts with purchase, bundles and minimum order values by market, backed by past performance data and expected uplift

• Bring in market trends, competitor promotions and cultural moments to sharpen every campaign

Your profile

• 3–5 years in advertising (account or strategy side), or in growth or campaign marketing at a D2C brand. You know what makes a campaign convert

• You can write and judge headlines, hooks and CTAs

• You have delivered multi-channel, multi-market campaigns on time and can show the plans behind them

• You work well with Brand and Creative teams, hold the commercial line without friction, and align people you don’t manage

• You think in revenue, sell-through, AOV and margin, and can argue why one offer beats another

• You take ownership, bring solutions and keep process light

• Fluent English; a second EU language is a plus

• Beauty or D2C experience is a plus
