• Applying design thinking to create innovative, user-friendly solutions that meet business objectives and encourage collaboration
• Conducting research, interviews, and usability testing to understand user needs and inform design decisions
• Creating intuitive and delightful user experiences by applying User Experience Design, Interaction Design, Information Architecture, and User Interface Design principles
• Translating your ideas into tangible solutions with wireframes and prototypes
• Working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions
• Maintaining and evolving design systems for consistency, and incorporating inclusive design practices per WCAG

Qualifications

• You bring 2-5 years of experience in Product/UX design and hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, Psychology, or a related field
• You are proficient in Figma and have experience implementing Material Design and WCAG in your projects
• You have excellent English communication skills, can effectively present and defend your ideas
• You are resourceful, creative, and capable of solving design challenges independently
• You are committed to continuously learning to stay current with the latest design trends
• You work well in a team, value diverse perspectives, are open to giving and receiving constructive feedback
