Working Student Data Analytics (m,f,d)

As a Working Student (f/m/d) in Data Analytics & Dashboarding, you will play a key supporting role in enabling data-driven decision-making at mobile.de. You will help transform complex data into clear, actionable insights for our teams, with a focus on building and maintaining Tableau dashboards. Working closely with Marketing, Finance, and other departments, you will contribute to our mission of shaping the future of mobility through analytics and collaboration.

What you will do:

• Dashboard Creation & Reporting
  Build, maintain, and enhance Tableau dashboards to visualize key business metrics and trends for various stakeholders.
  Prepare regular and ad hoc reports to support decision-making across the business.

• Data Analysis & Insights
  Analyze sales and business data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  Translate complex datasets into clear, actionable recommendations for the team.

• Collaboration & Communication
  Work closely with Sales, Finance, and other cross-functional teams to understand their needs and deliver data-driven solutions.
  Present your findings in a clear and engaging way, both in writing and verbally.

• Data Preparation
  Extract and prepare data from different sources (especially SQL databases) for analysis and visualization.

Who you are:

• You are currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Business Informatics, Statistics, Data Science, Economics, or a related field.

• You have hands-on experience with SQL and are comfortable extracting and preparing data from databases.

• You have experience with Tableau (or a similar BI tool such as Power BI or Looker) and are comfortable working with Excel.

• You have a strong analytical mindset and enjoy working with data to uncover insights and solve problems.

• You communicate clearly and can explain complex topics to both technical and non-technical audiences.

• You are a proactive team player, reliable, and eager to learn new skills.

• You are fluent in both German and English.
