Sourcing Manager/ Buyer (m/w/d) - Nuts & Fruits

Your tasks

The Product & Sourcing Department is one of the core pillars of KoRo! The position of Sourcing Manager/Buyer (m/f/d) – Nuts & Fruits offers you, as an ambitious procurement specialist, an exciting opportunity to contribute your skills in a fast-growing and dynamic company. In this role, you will support the procurement of raw materials and ensure their delivery in the highest quality and at competitive prices. Your responsibilities will include:

• Operational responsibility for a defined supplier and product assortment.
• Global procurement of raw nuts and fruits, ensuring supply needs are met.
• Selection and qualification of new suppliers, products, and qualities.
• Independent negotiation of contracts and prices.
• Identification and implementation of cost-saving opportunities across the supply chain.
• Optimization of processes and tools to continuously improve purchasing operations.
• Regular market, competitor, and assortment analyses with derivation of actionable recommendations.

Your profile

• You have at least 2–3 years of professional experience in retail/FMCG, ideally with some experience in global raw material sourcing.
• You hold a degree in business administration, economics, or a similar field, or have completed equivalent vocational training.
• You live in Berlin or the surrounding area and enjoy working on-site at our headquarters in Schöneberg.
• You have excellent English skills ; German is a plus.
• You possess a strategic and data-driven mindset , and your decisions are based on thorough analysis.
• You are highly structured and organized in your work, enabling you to manage complex tasks and projects responsibly.
• A hands-on mentality and strong assertiveness are among your personal strengths.
• Last but not least: You’re a true team player with strong interpersonal skills for building positive working relationships.
