Founding Business Development Representative
About the Role
Join the early sales team at a seed-stage AI voice software company as its founding Business Development Representative. You will generate qualified pipeline, help shape the go-to-market motion, and grow into closing deals end to end as the team scales.
What You'll Do
Generate qualified pipeline through outreach by email, LinkedIn, and phone.
Identify and engage prospects who could benefit from AI voice solutions.
Build and manage customer relationships throughout the sales process.
Develop repeatable outreach strategies and help refine the go-to-market process.
Manage the sales pipeline and maintain CRM tools.
Take on end-to-end deal closing as your performance develops.
What We're Looking For
Sales experience in a startup or another fast-moving environment, with a track record of exceeding targets or KPIs.
Experience selling a product or service and driving outreach across email, LinkedIn, and phone.
Fluency in German and English, with German proficiency at C2 level and English proficiency at B2-C1 level.
Experience managing CRM tools and building customer relationships.
Strong business sense, ownership, and comfort working hands-on in a collaborative team.
Interest in developing sales processes and closing deals across the full sales cycle.
Compensation & Benefits
Annual salary: €75,000 to €85,000. Visa sponsorship is not available.
Location
On-site, five days per week in Berlin, Germany.
