Your role

eduBITES is an AI-powered EdTech scale-up based in Berlin. We help companies share knowledge more smartly and make their teams fit for the future — as part of the Amadeus Fire Group, with the energy of a start-up.

Your Role

We’re looking for someone who wants to build the future of AI-powered products with us. No rigid specifications, endless handovers, or large corporate processes — just real ownership. You’ll work closely with our Product and Technology teams to identify opportunities, create solutions, and bring AI-powered experiences to life.

You won’t just be implementing features. You’ll identify opportunities, design solutions, validate ideas, and build product features from concept to launch. Depending on the project, you’ll work independently or collaborate closely with our development team.

We’re looking for someone who combines strong ownership with a collaborative mindset — curious, resourceful, and motivated by solving real customer problems. You enjoy sharing ideas openly and supporting others to achieve great outcomes, stay resilient when things don’t go to plan, are comfortable navigating ambiguity, and are willing to put in the effort required to turn ideas into reality.

What You’ll Do

• Build AI-powered product features from idea to production

• Rapidly prototype, validate, and iterate on new product concepts

• Turn ideas into working software using modern AI-assisted development tools

• Work with LLMs, AI agents, APIs, synthetic media, and emerging AI technologies

• Identify user problems and develop practical solutions that create real value

• Build MVPs, test concepts, gather feedback, and iterate quickly

• Collaborate closely with Product, Technology, and business stakeholders

• Evaluate new AI technologies and identify opportunities to improve our platform

• Help shape product direction, workflows, and AI capabilities across eduBITES

Your profile

What You’ll Bring

• Proven experience building multiple digital products, prototypes, or full applications from concept to launch

• Ability to clearly explain and justify your product decisions, including discovery, prioritization, UX choices, and technical trade-offs

• Strong product thinking and a bias toward action

• Excellent UX and visual design instincts with a focus on intuitive user experiences

• Experience using AI-assisted development workflows as a primary way of building software

• Hands-on experience with tools such as Claude Code, LLM APIs, AI agents, automation tools, or similar technologies

• Ability to rapidly turn ideas into working software through experimentation and iteration

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities evolve and experimentation is encouraged

• Ability to balance speed and quality while delivering meaningful outcomes

• Fluent English in speaking and writing (C1 or higher)

• Strong ownership combined with a collaborative, low-ego, team-first mindset

• Resilience, curiosity, and a passion for solving real customer problems
