Lead Software Engineer (m/w/d) - Partner Experience

• Lead our Partner Experience Engineering team, promoting collaboration and ensuring smooth project delivery through close coordination with other teams.
• Explore new ideas, conduct research, and contribute to proposals (RFCs). Work together with colleagues across teams to design and build Proofs of Concept (PoCs) for innovative technical solutions.
• Be hands-on in developing new technologies and driving their implementation.
• Act as a trusted sparring partner to product managers and other stakeholders, shaping solutions to both business and technical challenges.
• Guide the delivery process by applying agile principles, helping the team stay focused and successful.
• Support your team’s growth through feedback, mentoring, and regular check-ins, celebrating progress and addressing challenges early.
• Keep stakeholders informed and engaged throughout the project lifecycle.

This is what you bring to the table

• You bring around 10+ years of experience in software engineering, ideally with Node.js and TypeScript.
• You have at least 4 years of experience leading engineering teams — both technically and in people development.
• You’re confident working across the full stack (frontend and backend) and enjoy building cloud-agnostic solutions.
• You’re familiar with public cloud services such as AWS, Vercel, Supabase, GCP, or Azure.
• You communicate clearly, enjoy collaborating across teams, and know how to motivate and empower others.
• Experience in insurance or finance is a plus — but not a must.
