We are traide AI – a VC-backed, B2B deep-tech startup based in Berlin, using AI to solve one of the most overlooked yet critical challenges in international trade: customs compliance. Our software automates product classification, reduces regulatory errors, and helps customers save up to 83% of their time and costs.

Trusted by leading brands like Siemens Healthineers, Koro, and Rimowa , we’ve grown 4x over the past 12 months and we’re just getting started.

As we continue to scale, we’re building a strong Partner Ecosystem and we’re looking for a motivated Intern for Partner Community to help us build, support, and grow it. You will collaborate closely with our Product, Customer Success, and Sales teams and play a key role in making our partners successful, active, and engaged.

Your tasks

• Support the development and expansion of our partner network

• Collaborate closely with different teams to ensure partners are fully enabled

• Coordinate and support the entire partner onboarding process

• Create and improve partner materials, training content, and documentation to help partners promote and sell traide AI effectively

• Identify partner needs and provide feedback to improve our partner program

• Ensure partners stay active, engaged, and well-supported through regular communication

• Assist in planning and organizing partner enablement sessions, events, and community activities

• Track key metrics related to partner engagement and provide regular updates to the leadership team

Who we’re looking for

• You are an enrolled student in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, International Business, or a related field

• Strong communication skills and enthusiasm for building and maintaining partner relationships

• A structured, proactive working style and motivation to drive a topic end-to-end

• High interest in SaaS, B2B, partnerships, or ecosystem building

• First work experience in startups is a plus

• Experience using HubSpot or other CRM tools is a plus

• Fluency in German and English

• A self-starter mentality with a sense of ownership and curiosity
