Project Manager Special Operations (all genders)
What you'll do: The Recipe
- Lead high-impact projects across the supply chain, primarily in DACH and potentially also in the UK.
- Gather best practices from international HelloFresh geographies as well as external organizations to develop project plans.
- Influence senior stakeholders and create scalable business cases that inform large-scale decisions.
- Work collaboratively with stakeholders and product owners from Product, Procurement, Quality, Production, Logistics, and Customer Care to identify business opportunities and build robust processes.
- Evaluate Business Impact andmodel the end-to-end impact of new projects across all departments to understand benefits and risks.
- Expand Ownership by creating, and delivering exciting ideas as well as long-term visions beyond project management.
- Most essentially: A big personal drive to get involved, work collaboratively, solve problems and drive for results.
- At least 3 years experience in Supply Chain related roles in a high performance environment (e.g. Consulting) with a focus on retail, consumer goods, or logistics.
- Excellent project management competencies including a proven track record of successful operational transformation projects.
- Strong analytical skills including the ability to summarise quantitative concepts into a digestible format. Strong GSuite skills are essential with AI, SQL and Python being advantageous.
- Hands-on experience with data visualization tools (ideally Tableau), combined with a strong ownership mindset and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working in an agile environment. Ability to manage priorities simultaneously and meet time-sensitive deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills in English - both written and verbal. Additional German language skills are a big plus.
