What You’ll Do

We are building a platform that processes PetaBytes of Data. We need a Senior Engineer who doesn't just "use" tools, but understands the underlying mechanics of distributed state, clock synchronization, and data consistency .

While our primary language is Python , we value polyglot engineers who bring deep architectural patterns from Go, Java, or Rust. If you have built user-facing analytic products or handled massive streaming workloads, we want to talk.

We are specifically looking for candidates who have "been there, done that" with:

• Large-Scale Streaming: Experience managing high-cardinality data streams using Kafka, Flink, Spark, or Azure Event Hubs .

• Analytic Product Engineering: You’ve built systems that power real-time dashboards, complex aggregations, or OLAP workloads

• Data Reliability: You know how to handle "exactly-once" delivery semantics and backpressure in a distributed environment.

What we are looking for:

• Architect for Scale: Lead the design of our next-generation streaming and analytics backbone on Azure.

• Async Performance: Optimize asynchronous Python services to handle massive concurrent I/O.

• Fullstack Delivery: Bridge the gap between heavy-duty backend data processing and the frontend, ensuring our analytic interfaces are as fast as the data pipelines behind them. Integrate the ML models into real time processing pipelines.

• Distributed Systems: Have expert knowledge of partitioning, replication, and consensus protocols.

• Infrastructure: Show deep experience with Azure

• Language Agnostic: Be an expert in at least one major backend language; highly proficient (or ready to lead) in Python.
