Lead Technical Product Manager (all genders)

We are looking for a Lead Technical Product Manager, API Integrations, to join our Supply domain , more specifically in the Integrations team, which is responsible for onboarding carriers onto our system (integrating external systems, harmonising data structures and building revenue-increasing products for carriers). This is key to scaling our business; therefore, our focus is on innovation and automation.

What you will do:

• Be a people leader and help drive and motivate a team of Technical Product Managers and Integrations Analysts to success

• Extend functionalities to enable new opportunities

• Automate and innovate our existing inventory (our API product is already used by big players)

• Own scoping and management of onboarding new carriers

• Take a lead role in defining and challenging strategic decisions

• Contribute to the team with process improvements (e.g. Jira, reporting, etc.).

• Build relationships with key stakeholders (internal/external – C-level)

• Prioritise the roadmap effectively

• Guide more junior colleagues in delivering the right products.

Workplace: Berlin & Hybrid

The preferred location for this role is Berlin at our HQ.

Who you are:

• 5+ years or more of professional experience in Technical projects.

• Hands-on experience with the technical side of the product (API / Data products).

• Strong stakeholder experience with the ability to influence without direct authority (including C-level executives).

• Good at context switching whilst showing proactivity and ownership across your responsibilities.

• Experience working with complex products (advantage).

• Good management skills (product, process, project, people management).

• Experience working within cross-functional teams.

• Technical degree or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related studies.

• Fluent in English

• Previous leadership experience.

• Transportation industry standards (nice to have)
