Video Editor / Postproduction (f/m/x)

We are currently looking fo a Video Editor / Postproductionr to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with a sharp editorial sense, a deep understanding of narrative pacing, and a strong eye for visual consistency. You’ll work closely with our production, creative, and tech teams to shape compelling video assets – from teaser trailers and highlight reels to stereoscopic immersive edits.

Tasks

• Cut and post-produce high-quality video content for on-demand use
• Edit raw camera feeds into engaging, narrative-driven final products (short-form and long-form)
• Integrate branding, graphics, and sound elements in coordination with design and audio teams
• Prepare assets for multiple platforms (streaming, social media, event portals, VR environments)
• Maintain a consistent visual style across projects and formats
• Organize and manage video assets within an efficient editing workflow
• Collaborate with motion graphics, audio, and 3D/VR teams to finalize immersive experiences

Requirements

• Proven experience in professional video editing (showreel or portfolio required)
• Strong command of tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve or similar
• Good understanding of pacing, rhythm, and visual storytelling
• Familiarity with encoding formats, aspect ratios, and delivery standards for multi-platform deployment
• Structured, detail-oriented working style – even under tight deadlines
• Team-oriented mindset and the ability to take creative feedback constructively

Bonus Points For

• Experience with immersive media (VR/360°), spatial editing, or knowledge of stitching (MistikaVR)
• Familiarity with Fusion and KartaVR within DaVinci Resolve for immersive post-production
• Experience using AI-powered tools like Topaz Video AI for upscaling, denoising, or frame interpolation
• Technical proficiency in FFmpeg , video codecs, and custom encoding workflows
• Interest in and understanding of sports – particularly in terms of dramaturgy, game flow, and audience engagement
