🕵🏼‍♀️ What we are looking for:

• 5+ years of professional experience in mobile development.

• Deep experience in Kotlin Multiplatform (KMP) and building shared architecture from scratch.

• Strong understanding of modular architecture, clean code, and testability.

• Hands-on experience with Coroutines, Koin/Hilt, Ktor and modern architectural patterns (MVVM, MVI, Clean Architecture).

• Track record of shipping and maintaining production-grade Android or cross-platform apps.

• Experience integrating mobile apps with REST/GraphQL APIs.

• Strong focus on delivering excellent UX and high-performing mobile experiences.

• Bonus: iOS/SwiftUI experience.

• Interest in the latest mobile technologies, including Kotlin, Jetpack Compose, KMP, and mobile tooling.

🖇️ Your tasks:

• Build a new KMP-based mobile application from scratch , defining architecture, module boundaries, and shared logic.

• Drive key technical decisions alongside staff engineers and architects.

• Collaborate closely with product, design, and backend teams to deliver features tradespeople love.

• Define coding standards, best practices, and internal frameworks for the mobile codebase.

• Ensure software quality through testing, CI/CD automation, and performance monitoring.

• Contribute to shaping ToolTime’s long-term mobile strategy and platform direction.

🧪 How we build

Our tech stack includes Kotlin, KMP, Jetpack Compose, SwiftUI as well as GraphQL communicating with our SpringBoot and Quarkus backends on AWS. Our infrastructure is managed with Terraform .

As we expand our mobile capabilities, you will play a key role in shaping architecture and setting the foundations for long-term growth.
