Your mission

As an Affiliate & Influencer Marketing Intern for the DACH region (Germany, Austria, and Switzerland), you will support the team in driving performance and growth through affiliate partnerships. As part of the Affiliate & Influencer Marketing Team, you’ll gain hands-on experience in performance marketing while contributing to day-to-day campaign execution and optimization.

What you will do

• Work closely with internal stakeholders to support affiliate campaigns and closing partnership deals to drive user acquisition.
• Assist in campaign setup, tracking, and reporting to help achieve performance goals.
• Support the management and strengthening of affiliate partner relationships.
• Analyze campaign data to identify trends, optimization opportunities, and learn about performance drivers.
• Help monitor budgets and ROI to support data-driven decision-making.

Who you are

• You are outgoing, proactive and structured
• You have a strong interest in performance and affiliate marketing; first practical experience (internships, working student roles, university projects) is a plus.
• You are native in German and fluent in English.
• You are detail-oriented, curious, and eager to learn from data.
• You’re comfortable working with numbers, spreadsheets, and basic reporting.
• Experience with affiliate platforms such as Impact is a plus, but not required.
