Founders' Associate Intern (f/m/d)

THE ROLE

As a Founder’s Associate Intern, you will act as a key support for our founder, gaining hands-on experience in the full range of a founder’s work. From day-to-day operations to strategic projects, you’ll contribute to moving the business forward.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support our founder in day-to-day operations, including preparing high-quality, convincing slide decks and materials for customer meetings, workshops, and sales conversations.
• Take ownership of operational tasks by setting up, tracking, and continuously improving internal processes across the Alpas organization.
• Prepare structured analyses and summaries on market segments, customers, and competitors to support decision-making and customer pitches.
• Plan, coordinate, and follow up on customer meetings and workshops, ensuring smooth execution and clear outcomes.

YOUR EXPERIENCE

• High ambition to have a significant impact in a multi-billion Euro industry
• First experience and interest in fast-paced work environments - e.g. in consulting or successful startups
• Affinity for tech and AI topics
• Native-level German and excellent English skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
• 3 months time for the internship with a start date in Q1 2026
