Founder's Associate Intern (f/m/x)

Based in Berlin, the idea for Carovo was born in 2022. Our mission is to enable the future of e-mobility in Europe by building the leading European marketplace for used EVs. We are making buying and selling used electric vehicles as easy as a walk in the park and redefine what transparency means in this market. Our online end-to-end platform product is already fascinating our customers and partners with its leading user-friendliness.

Tasks

• Act as primary support to the CEO in developing the supply side & demand side of our marketplace.
• Strategize with the CEO on our market approach and customer engagement and execute go-to-market efforts.
• Contribute to shaping the company’s long-term strategic vision, collaborating closely with the C-level to identify new growth and innovation opportunities across all business aspects.
• Assist with operational tasks and provide flexible support across the company, tackling a variety of tasks and urgent projects as needed, adapting quickly to evolving priorities.
• Prepare for upcoming fundraising rounds and maintain investor relations.
• Assist in maintaining relationships with key partners at the C-level.
• Gather customer feedback on our products and perform product demonstrations.
• Work on expanding Carovo in the areas of Business Development and Product.

Requirements

• Completed or currently enrolled in business administration, management or a comparable course of study
• Fluency in English and German, both written and spoken
• You would like to gain insights into the various areas of a young company and perhaps prepare yourself for founding your own company
• Interest in sales, or a willingness to master it
• Ambitious, adaptable, and eager to learn
• Analytical mindset, well organized and you love automation as much as we do
• Strong communication & prioritization skills
