What you'll do

As our UX Writer / Copywriter, you'll solve the challenge of making investing feel clear, intuitive, and accessible for users across Europe. Your focus will be crafting user-centric product and marketing copy, which means writing clear UX microcopy for our app and website, adapting and localizing content for German-speaking audiences, and shaping educational and promotional messaging that supports confident investing decisions. You'll work with Product Design, Marketing, and Brand & Communications teams to create a cohesive voice that strengthens user understanding and supports our mission of making long-term wealth building simple and transparent.

You will:

• Write and refine UX copy for the Mintos app and website, including onboarding flows, tooltips, error messages, feature descriptions, and notifications

• Craft clear, engaging, and compliant product content that helps users understand our investment offering

• Support marketing teams with copy for newsletters, landing pages, lifecycle messaging, and acquisition channels

• Localize and adapt content for the German market, ensuring tone, nuance, and cultural context are accurate

• Conduct basic research, collaborate with Compliance, and ensure all content is aligned with regulations

• Ensure consistent tone of voice across product, marketing, and communications

• Proofread, translate, and adapt materials between English and German when needed

Your professional skills and background

Must-haves

• 3+ years of experience in content writing, copywriting, communications, or journalism

• Hands-on experience with UX copy, product writing, or marketing copy

• Ability to translate complex financial topics into clear, user-friendly language

• Understanding of UX principles, user-centered design, and how language shapes digital experiences

• Professional fluency in English and German (native-level in at least one)

• Passion for investing, fintech, or personal finance

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with product design teams, UX/UI tools, or design systems

• Familiarity with SEO, CMS platforms, analytics tools, or AI-assisted writing workflows

• Experience writing for multilingual audiences or European markets
