Product Manager (f/m/d) - ERP Solution with HCM focus

We are currently seeking a Product Manager (f/m/d) for one of our clients in Berlin, a software scale-up that develops a new work oriented ERP Solution with a major focus on HCM . This dynamic young company, based in Berlin, is at the forefront of innovative software solutions. They are dedicated to revolutionising the tech industry with our cutting-edge saas solution.

Responsibilities:

• Define and manage the product vision, strategy, and roadmap to align with business goals and customer needs.
  
• Collect and prioritise customer and stakeholder requirements to ensure the product meets market demands.
  
• Oversee the entire product lifecycle from ideation to launch and beyond, ensuring continuous improvement and adaptation.
  
• Track product performance using data-driven insights to make informed decisions and adjustments.
  
• Work closely with Engineering, Design, Marketing, and other teams to ensure seamless product development and launch.
  
• Analyse market trends and competitive activities to refine product strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Computer Science, or related fields.
  

• Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.
  

• Strong understanding of the product development lifecycle and experience with data analysis and product analytics tools.
  

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  

• Demonstrated leadership and decision-making capabilities.
  

• Deep understanding of user needs and the ability to translate them into actionable product requirements.
