(Senior) Controller / (Senior) Finance Specialist, f/m/d

As part of the Culture Software Group, zetcom develops leading software solutions and provides services to museums, collections, and corporate archives. Over 1.000 clients in more than 30 countries use our flexible software solutions (SaaS) to develop and maintain cultural heritage. Clients are supported by our headquarters in Switzerland, by our subsidiaries in Germany, the USA, Spain, France and Australia as well as by our partner network worldwide.

We are looking for an experienced (Senior) Controller / (Senior) Finance Specialist to strengthen our team. This position will play an important role in supporting our organization’s growth by business partnering with our project teams, enhancing our controlling framework from a process and system perspective and assuming responsibility in a variety of topics across the organization. The position is based in Berlin.

Tasks

• Project Controlling:
  Collaborate with our project teams and deduct concrete strategic and operational measures to ensure financial and operational goals are being met
• Reporting:
  Assume ownership for continuous and ad-hoc reporting requirements
• ERP-implementation:
  Help us establish end-to-end processes and create a standardized Data Model across all entities in the context of an ERP-implementation in 2025
• Budgeting:
  Play an important role in budget realization across the organization
• Continuous Improvement:
  Convert data into information and drive action for improvement

Requirements

• Successfully completed studies with a focus on finance, accounting or similar
• Strong background in scale-ups, start-ups, consulting, M&A or other fast-paced environments
• Substantial experience working with financial and non-financial data points
• Hands-on mentality and the drive to see things through
• A positive mindset
• Experience in ERP implementation is a plus
• Effective communication skills in English are required, German is a plus
