Product Manager (Learning Experience)

Tr ipleTen is an EdTech company that designs and runs tech career learning programs for the US and Latin American markets. We've been doing it for over five years, teaching complete beginners — people with no prior tech background — through cohort-based programs built on our own platform and curriculum, developed in partnership with Nebius AI. Our team is fully remote and globally distributed, and we serve a large, active student base across both regions.

Online education is changing. People used to pay for access to a course and expert support — but in the age of AI, much of that is now available almost for free. We need to rebuild the learning format itself so it delivers real value again.

We're looking for a Product Manager to own learning experience and make education at TripleTen something students stay for, finish, and get results from.

What you will do:

• Design and test how to capture a student's attention from the very first lessons, so they don't drop off early.
• Improve engagement and how many students make it to the end of the program.
• Test new learning formats and launch the ones that work.
• Strengthen the projects in students' portfolios so they actually help them get hired.
• Find ways to make support and teaching stronger.
• Study how the best schools in the world run learning, and bring the ideas that work back to us.

REQUIREMENTS

• Product management experience in online education.
• You don't just come up with ideas — you ship changes and prove the impact with numbers.
• You've worked with student retention and completion.
• You run experiments and take them through to clear conclusions.
• Self-driven: you lead a direction yourself instead of waiting for tasks.
• You understand how AI is changing education and hiring.
• You understand what actually helps a student get a job.
• You know different learning formats, not just classic courses.
