Key Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service and support to German-speaking clients across various communication channels.
- Manage inquiries, solve problems, and ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and support.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in company systems.
- Collaborate with team members and departments to enhance service delivery and customer experience.
- Participate in training programs and keep updated on company products, services, and industry best practices.
- Adapt to diverse tasks and projects as assigned while maintaining high performance standards.
Requirements
- Fluency in German (spoken and written) is essential; knowledge of English is an advantage.
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, administration, or similar fields is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic proficiency in computer applications including CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
- Willingness to relocate to Sofia, Bulgaria with a fully paid relocation package.
- Positive attitude, flexibility, and eagerness to learn and grow within the company.
