Fuels is a capital partner for entrepreneurs, investors, and key individuals. We provide financing solutions secured by existing values such as unlisted shares, fund and partnership stakes, real estate, or other holdings.

We help entrepreneurs and investors access liquidity from assets that are otherwise tied up – allowing them to stay all in, focused on building and investing.

Founded in Sweden in 2025, Fuels was created to reshape private credit for entrepreneurs and investors – and now we’re looking for someone to launch and build Fuels in Germany.

About the role

As CEO , you’ll take the lead in launching and building Fuels in Germany. This is a unique opportunity to replicate the success we’ve achieved in Sweden and establish Fuels as a trusted financing partner for entrepreneurs and investors in the German market.

You’ll be responsible for shaping the local strategy, developing relationships with key partners and clients, and executing on deals – while laying the foundation for a growing local team. As CEO, you’ll play a pivotal role in Fuels’ overall growth journey, with the mandate and freedom to build, lead, and scale. Key responsibilities include:

• Establish Fuels in Germany – from market entry and operations setup to business development and local growth strategy
• Represent the Fuels brand and act as our driving force in the German market
• Build and nurture relationships with clients, investors, and strategic partners
• Identify, structure, and execute financing opportunities across complex asset classes (unlisted shares, private companies, funds, real estate, etc.)
• Build and lead a local team with credit and commercial expertise

About you

We’re looking for an entrepreneurial finance professional with a deep understanding of credit and corporate finance - and the ambition to build and lead a company. You combine strategic vision with hands-on execution, thrive in an unstructured environment, and get energy from creating results from scratch. You likely have:

• 8+ years of experience in corporate finance, private debt, lending, or a similar field – or hands-on experience building and financing companies in an operational role
• Deep understanding of credit structures, risk, and financial analysis – ideally including complex or asset-backed financing
• Strong commercial skills and the ability to originate, negotiate, and close deals
• A strong network in the German market and ability to act as Fuels’ local face and growth driver
• Experience leading initiatives or teams with accountability for results
• Fluency in German and English, both spoken and written
• A hands-on, entrepreneurial mindset with the confidence to operate independently while building something new
