Flow & Partners is a 0TO9-backed venture building smarter working capital solutions for mid- and large-cap businesses. Germany is our next core market: first customers are signed, product and structure are validated, now we need a Country Account Manager to turn this into a scaled franchise. As the first person on the ground, you will own the German business end-to-end, from the P&L and brand to the local strategy.

Your Role

As Country Account Manager, you are the architect of our German expansion. You will refine our value proposition and build a healthy pipeline to convert early traction into a scalable business. You will act as a strategic partner to CFOs and investors, analyzing their cash cycles and advising on tailored structures.

Specifically, you will:

• Source and close large working capital transactions (€2m–€50m) with PE-backed and sponsor-backed companies.

• Together with our central back-office, own the full lifecycle from signing to renewals and monitoring.

• Represent Flow & Partners at conferences, in the media, and across the German fintech ecosystem.

• Set the go-to-market motion, establish scalable operations, and eventually hire and lead the local team.

Who We’re Looking For

• Strong track record in working capital financing (factoring, RCFs) and experience with large-ticket deals for PE-backed companies.

• Ability to analyze business cash flows, structure bespoke solutions, and challenge models/term sheets.

• An established network among German CFOs and PE funds, with the ability to turn connections into deal flow.

• You act like a business owner, commercial, execution-focused, and ready to take full responsibility for a country franchise.

• Deep understanding of credit and regulatory risk, knowing when to push a deal and when to walk away.
