As an embedded Senior Talent Partner you will work from first principles to craft talent strategies, design hiring processes, and hire world class talent for our US venture and growth clients. Chapter 2 transforms our client’s recruiting motions into decisive competitive advantage.

You will

As a Senior Talent Partner , you will embed directly into high-growth client and own the end-to-end talent strategy for critical Go-To-Market roles . You will operate as a strategic advisor and execution specialist, working from first principles to design talent strategies, architect hiring processes, and bring world-class talent into our clients’ teams. This role demands high ownership, analytical rigour, and the ability to move fast in ambiguous, high-trajectory environments.

  • Shape and execute a talent strategy to attract top-performing Product talent, rapidly increasing talent density in our clients’ teams.

  • Conduct deep market analysis to identify talent liquidity patterns and generate insights that inform search strategy and prioritization.

  • Refine and continuously iterate searches to ensure deep penetration of the Product and wider tech talent pools.

  • Analyze funnel data, derive insights, and optimise each stage of the hiring process for speed, quality, and conversion.

  • Drive high-velocity execution of multiple recruitment workstreams in parallel, maintaining exceptional quality and stakeholder confidence.

  • Build influential relationships with hiring managers and Product leaders, advising them on talent strategy, workforce planning, and process design that creates impact .

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Talent, Brand, and Product teams at Chapter 2 to ensure a seamless candidate and client experience .

  • Champion an exceptional candidate experience from first touch to offer, ensuring every interaction reflects our clients’ employer brand.

You bring

You’re an elite operator who combines strategic depth with execution speed. You think clearly under pressure, navigate complex stakeholder environments, and care deeply about raising the talent bar.

  • Strong experience partnering with high-velocity venture and growth-stage B2B SaaS or tech companies on Product and/or tech hiring.

  • Proven track record as an in-house, RPO, or embedded recruiter owning end-to-end searches in high-trajectory environments.

  • High agency. You navigate complexity and influence stakeholders to remove obstacles; impossible is something you haven’t discovered, yet .

  • Resilience and adaptability. You know hiring is probabilistic; setbacks fuel your determination and your response defines your impact. You have grit.

  • Deep curiosity and analytical rigor ; you think deeply, reflect on problems, and rapidly apply learnings to improve search strategy and process.

  • Deep thinking and rapid execution define your approach: you reflect, strategize, then move quickly. You think slow, act fast.

  • A bias for action and urgency. You know that speed is how we win while never compromising on quality.

  • Ownership and a relentless drive to deliver outcomes for clients, not just activity.

  • Exceptional communication skills and the ability to articulate complex hiring decisions simply, persuasively, and with data.

  • Fluency in English and German is a must.
