Senior Specialist, Product Operations (Fintech)
We are looking for an experienced Senior Specialist, Product Operations to join our Global Payments Product team and deliver best-in-class payment experiences for customers across the world.
Payments Product Operations executes Delivery Hero’s vision to always deliver an amazing experience by shaping global Payments products - which combine internal technology with a robust network of worldwide service providers - and ensuring that we can execute hundreds of millions of monthly payments successfully.
The Product operations team in payments are supporting day to day operations as well as new initiatives for more than 70 markets with various combinations of PSP`s, providers and acquirers setup even within the same market. As an Associate Principal, Product Operations, you will play a critical role in both the daily execution of a highly-stable payments platform and in guiding new technical initiatives - with global scope and impact - to successful delivery.

You support the roll-out of new products and features in your area of responsibility that includes planning and maintaining rollout strategy, detailed awareness of milestones and proactive contribution to issue resolution that impacts meeting the milestones.
You will own and execute communication channels on initiative status - including a clear view of outcomes to be delivered, progress toward those deliverables, risks, and mitigation tactics (including troubleshooting, escalation and close follow up) - to ensure consistent awareness among a global set of stakeholders.
You will hold a high standard for performance, communication, and process adherence among initiative workstream owners, including senior-level stakeholders where appropriate. Where necessary, you will identify program management best practices and implement them among initiative participants - either yourself or with leadership support as required.
You will leverage and influence analytical insights to inform critical decisions and define the impact of the decisions you have influenced. You will also grow your own detailed understanding of key metrics and KPIs for DH Payments and industry standards, and use that understanding to influence improvements to program direction and/or daily execution.
You will plan and execute detailed configuration and maintenance tasks for providers and internal systems, to maintain business continuity, compliance, and effective third-party provider management.
Collaboration: Communicate and collaborate effectively with diverse global teams, present findings, and influence stakeholders.
Problem Solving: Address complex challenges with effective solutions aligned with business objectives, technical requirements, and stakeholder needs.
Technical knowledge: You are aware of the complex technical setup of the payment eco-system that includes the API`s understanding, knowledge of different payment flows and legal requirements.
Results Oriented: You are able to cut to the core of a problem, identify what needs to be done and when, and work effectively with partner teams to get the right solutions implemented at the right times.
Initiative: Proactively identify opportunities, propose improvements, and take ownership of initiatives.
Data Analysis: Gather and interpret data-driven insights to support decision-making and product improvements that would have impact on Business KPI`s like performance optimization, conversion rates, Central platform reliability and cost.
Project and Program Management: Manage high-impact projects, align teams, and ensure successful execution within deadlines.
