Role background

Together with our other commercial functions (Sales, Account Management, Merchant Services etc), S&O & central functions, you’ll take care of everything from greenlighting the new cities to launching them. In this role, you'll expand our business into new cities and build it from scratch, take ownership of cross-functional project groups, in making your GTM strategy come alive and getting our business up and running. In this role you report to the Director S&O.

What you’ll be doing

• You will own the expansion calendar and be the project manager for new city launches. You will be responsible for launching several cities per calendar year and will conduct occasional, purpose-driven visits to new markets to develop a strong understanding of local conditions.
• You will execute all tasks necessary for launch: from setting a GTM strategy, defining targets, driving execution and reporting on progress to your stakeholders.
• You will collaborate and actively steer with many different internal stakeholders across several departments including but not limited to sales, account management, onboarding, marketing, operations and support.
• You will further develop our launch playbook and share best practices with other regions

• Strong command of English is a must - additionally, fluent German is highly preferred.
