The Opportunity

Free2move is not just a mobility provider; we are the Vehicle-as-a-Service (VaaS) powerhouse of Stellantis. We are seeking a Head of Fleet On Demand (Global) - a high-impact executive role designed for a strategic P&L owner who thrives at the intersection of supply, finance, and product innovation.

This is not a traditional Fleet Manager role. We are looking for an Entrepreneur-in-Residence someone who can negotiate high-stakes deals with OEMs, architect complex financial models, and aggressively scale our operator network across Europe and North America.

Your Mission: Ownership & Growth

Reporting directly to the General Manager (North America) , you will hold the keys to the global FOD P&L. Your objective is clear: drive profitable growth through a multi-country operator network and build a structurally scalable supply model.

Key Responsibilities:

• P&L & KPI Steering: Full accountability for revenue, gross margin, and cost of supply. You will steer the business using three North Star metrics: FOD volume , Gross Margin per order , and Point of Sale (POS) penetration .

• Strategic Procurement: Lead all vehicle acquisition negotiations with Stellantis brands and multi-brand partners. You will manage financing lines and optimize capital efficiency with banking and leasing institutions.

• Product Innovation: Define the global pricing architecture and rental conditions. Your goal is to ensure the FOD product delivers immediate ROI for our partners.

• Business Development: Actively expand the network into new markets and operator segments. You will lead the charge to ensure 50%+ of our POS are non-Stellantis by 2030 .

• Asset Lifecycle Leadership: Oversee the full journey from procurement and commissioning to in-life utilization and strategic remarketing to maximize residual values.

Who We Are Looking For ?

You are a "builder" of systems, not just a manager of them. You possess the agility of a startup founder with the ability to navigate a global, matrixed organization like Stellantis.

• Experience: Minimum 7 years in fleet management, asset management, or mobility products with demonstrable P&L responsibility .

• Negotiation Power: Proven track record in high-stakes negotiations with OEMs or large-scale financing institutions.

• Growth Mindset: Strong background in business development—opening new markets and building operator partnerships from the ground up.

• Financial Acumen: Deep ability to model depreciation, insurance cost scenarios, and risk management.

• Education: Master’s degree in Business, Finance, or Supply Chain.

• Languages: Mandatory English + fluency in one other European language (French, Spanish, German, or Italian).
