The Role

As Senior Recruiter, you will lead end-to-end recruitment activities across a diverse range of positions, supporting business growth through proactive talent acquisition strategies. You will act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience while delivering high-quality hiring outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment across professional, technical, and operational roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce planning and talent needs.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract top talent across Germany and wider European markets.
• Conduct candidate screening, interviews, and assessments.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for future hiring requirements.
• Utilise market intelligence and recruitment data to inform hiring decisions.
• Drive a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Support employer branding initiatives and talent attraction campaigns.
• Ensure recruitment activities comply with local employment legislation and company policies.
• Work closely with HR and business leaders to continuously improve recruitment processes.

About You

Essential Requirements

• Significant experience in agency, RPO, or in-house recruitment, ideally at Senior Recruiter level.
• Proven success managing end-to-end recruitment across multiple functions and seniority levels.
• Strong stakeholder management and business partnering skills.
• Experience sourcing passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter and other direct sourcing channels.
• Excellent interviewing and assessment capabilities.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Fluent German and English language skills.

Desirable

• Experience recruiting within pharmaceutical, life sciences, manufacturing, biotechnology, healthcare, or regulated environments.
• Knowledge of the German employment market and recruitment practices.
• Experience working within an international or matrix organisation.
