Join a small, experienced, and highly collaborative engineering team where your work has immediate impact. As a full-stack developer at XU Group, you will design and build key features of our Education-as-a-Service platform that empowers learners and organizations in areas such as AI, sport, innovation, digital transformation and leadership.ÂÂ Â
Youâll work closely with product and engineering leadership, take ownership of technical decisions, and help shape the next generation of our Education as a Service Platform. Your contribution can be a significant leverage for positive change! What you'll do
- Build intuitive, high-performing user interfaces with Angular & TypeScript
- Design and implement robust backend services with Node.js / NestJS
- Write clean, maintainable, and testable code - ensuring high code quality through reviews and automated testing
- Contribute to architectural decisions and help us evolve our platform as we scale
- Share knowledge within the team and actively contribute to our engineering culture
- Collaborate closely with product managers and stakeholders to deliver value quickly and continuously
Dein Profil
- Solid hands-on experience with Angular, Node.js/NestJS, TypeScript, MongoDB, and ideally GraphQL
- Strong understanding of software engineering principles, clean code, and testing practices
- Ability to work in a fast-moving environment, make pragmatic decisions, and think ahead
- Curiosity, ownership mindset, and genuine motivation to contribute to a meaningful product
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, or Infrastructure-as-Code is a plus
