💡Your responsibilities

• You’ll join our Marketing team and help bring ideas to life through standout designs for digital and print.

• You’ll design across all our channels — from web and email to social, print, merch, and internal comms.

• You’ll collaborate with different teams at ToolTime and support product-related content alongside marketing campaigns.

• You’ve got a sharp eye for detail and love keeping things consistent — you’ll work confidently within our brand guidelines and help us evolve them over time.

🫵Your profile

• You’re currently studying Graphic Design, Communication Design, or a related field, and will stay enrolled at your university for at least another 6 months.

• You feel confident in Figma and the Adobe Creative Suite (mainly Photoshop and Illustrator).

• You have a solid understanding of design basics like typography, color, and layout.

• You have a portfolio site or presentation deck and can talk through some examples of your best work — university projects are more than welcome.

• You communicate clearly, enjoy collaborating, and can work independently when needed.

• You’re organised and able to juggle a few tasks without losing track.

• You’re curious about our customers and motivated to create designs that truly resonate with them.

• You’re fluent in English (German is a plus!).
