Mandatory Operations Intern (m/f/d)

Your mission

In this role, you will:

• Be part of and assist the Operations team in all aspects of their duties which include: Customer Support, Procurement & Vendor Management, Process Management, and Project Coordination.
• Support in the planning and execution of operational efficiency and automation initiatives.
• Partner with colleagues to establish and implement operational processes.
• Provide additional ad hoc support to business partners as necessary.
• Help on cross-functional tasks and initiatives that support Finoa’s global growth.

What you need to be successful:

• You are currently pursuing your bachelor or masters' degree in Management, Economics, Law, Computer Science, or a related field
• You are reliable, self-motivated and a quick learner with exceptional analytical skills, attention to detail and experience in using structured approaches to problem solving
• You are fluent in English – German and any other language is a plus!
• Good level and knowledge in Microsoft Office or Google Suite
• You have a hands-on mentality, healthy entrepreneurial mindset, stress resistance as well as a willingness to take an active role in our fast-growing company
