About the Role
We are hiring a Senior B2B Sales Manager to strengthen our French sales team. This is a hands-on sales role first, where you will:
- Go through our comprehensive sales onboarding program
- Run the full B2B sales cycle: from prospecting to closing, and account management
- Drive new customer acquisition while developing long-term relationships with senior decision-makers

Once you have proven strong results and shown leadership qualities, you will have the opportunity to grow into a Team Lead position, coaching and developing others while continuing to contribute as a sales professional.
What You’ll Do
- Own the sales cycle: Prospect, pitch, negotiate, and close deals with solution providers in the French market
- Develop accounts: Build long-term partnerships with key clients and expand opportunities across accounts
- Show leadership early: Mentor newer colleagues, share best practices, and act as a role model within the team
- Path to Team Leadership: With proven success, step into people leadership – coaching, supporting, and driving results for a growing sales team
About You:
- Experienced Seller: 3–6+ years of experience in B2B sales, ideally in technology, consultancy, or professional services
- Mentor Mindset: You may have managed or coached colleagues before, or you’re ready to step up into that challenge
- Strategic & Hands-On: Strong in building pipeline and closing deals, while also thinking about long-term account growth
- Communicator: Fluent in French and comfortable working in English
- Growth-Oriented: You’re ambitious, motivated, and excited to grow into leadership – but you know it starts with leading yourself first
