To support its continued growth, we are looking for a Social Media Manager & Copywriter who combines creativity with strong organizational skills and knows how to turn complex topics into engaging content.

The Opportunity

As Social Media Manager & Copywriter, you'll own the day-to-day publishing across all social media channels while helping shape the company's external brand voice. Working closely with marketing, design and internal stakeholders, you'll ensure every post, newsletter and article is published at the right time, reaches the right audience and reflects a consistent brand identity.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys both writing compelling copy and coordinating high-quality content across multiple channels.

What You'll Be Doing

• Manage and publish content across all major social media platforms
• Write engaging copy tailored to different audiences and platforms
• Plan, create and distribute newsletters to the community
• Coordinate and publish blog articles in line with the overall content strategy
• Maintain and optimize the content calendar
• Ensure consistency in messaging, tone of voice and visual branding
• Collaborate closely with designers, marketing colleagues and internal stakeholders
• Monitor engagement and continuously improve content performance using data and insights
• Stay up to date with social media trends, platform updates and emerging digital marketing practices

What We're Looking For

• German language native-like level (C1, C2)
• 1+ year of experience in Social Media Management, Content Marketing or Copywriting
• Excellent written German with outstanding copywriting skills
• Experience with scheduling tools such as Buffer, Later, Notion or similar platforms
• Strong understanding of social media best practices across different channels
• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
• Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling and brand building
• Interest in fintech, blockchain, crypto or digital innovation
• Professional, reliable and able to handle confidential information with discretion

Nice to Have

• Previous experience within fintech, crypto or Web3
• Basic understanding of SEO and content optimization
• Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite or Figma
• Familiarity with social media analytics and performance reporting
• Experience using email marketing platforms
