Chief Installation Master/Foreman

Engelberg is expanding its team and looking for an experienced Chief Installation Master/Foreman who can deliver flawless results and lead installation teams to the highest standards.

The work is located in Tashkent, Uzbekistan and we cover all expenses (if you are ready to relocate, please apply to vacancy)

Tasks

• Organization, coordination, and supervision of installation work on site (windows, doors, premium facade systems).
• Training and developing installation teams in Engelberg product installation standards, fostering a culture of quality and attention to detail among employees.
• Ensuring installation work is completed in accordance with design documentation, deadlines, and premium quality standards.
• Overseeing proper handling of products at all stages—from unloading and storage to installation.
• Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and corporate quality standards.
• Participating in the improvement of installation technologies and the implementation of new standards to strengthen the Engelberg brand image as a benchmark for quality and reliability.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as Installation Master / Foreman / Supervisor.
• Experience installing premium window & door systems (aluminum, PVC, facades).
• Ability to read technical drawings and solve installation-related issues.
• Experience working with top brands (Schüco, Reynaers, etc.).
• Strong leadership, responsibility, and attention to detail.
• Commitment to premium-level quality and discipline.
